Allegheny Skyline had it FFO this morning. It is lighter in color than what I've experienced in my old garden. But it did open so that is a good thing. It put up 4 scapes so far. 3 weeks earlier than my NY garden. Next year may be a different story.

EARTH AND ALL STARS - another set of blooms. Again, lighter in color than I'm use to.

And lastly CLOWN PARADE opened several blooms again. It is much lighter too in color than the FFO openings. Not sure if the amount of rain,hotter temps is creating lighter color blooms here.

I'm still tapping my foot waiting for the second clump of Spring Mystique to show some scapes so I can positively identify the clump.

Hope the sun makes an appearance today. I won't complain about the rain as we needed a good soaker. I feel for those of you who need rain. And the cicadas are all gone.No signs yet of the Janpanese Beetles. Thank goodness.
