I have Molineux as a bush and it blows quickly

I so have Darcy Bussel as a bush and she is the first to bloom. Always in bloom and very healthy.

Of your possibilities I only have Tranquillity and Carding Mill and neither are in tree form.

At this point im on the fence with Tranquillity, it just doesn’t make my heart sing for some reason.

Carding Mill on the other hand is a must have rose for me. For what it’s worth, in the shrub form the canes are a bit lax

I have 9 Darcey Bussell as shrubs, and I just planted 4 standard trees in March of this year. It is a very vigorous rose in my climate, always in bloom, but we garden under very different weather.

The trees are only 4 months old. It got some powdery mildew but not bad - it is probably due to its young age, and I am hopefully that they will grow out of it. My shrubs are in a different part of my garden and are all very healthy.

I have Molineux as a shrub. It is also very vigorous as own root. I like the color variation, but as Kristen mentioned above, the blooms tend to shatter quickly. The rebloom is excellent though, almost as fast as my Julia Child. I don't have a photo by itself because it is planted close to other roses in a bed

I also have Charlotte as standard trees but David Austin did not offer it this year or next. I also have Scepter'dIn but it is not on your list.

There is a huge difference in growing a rose standard/tree rise in zone 9b compared to growing one in a zone 5b!! Many are grafted and the graft is unlikely to be very cold tolerant. Almost all - even own root standards - will require extra effort with winter protection. They are even moderately iffy in my climate! I would not consider them for a zone 5 garden!
