Impossible to say just based on what's showing. Can't even determine species (macrophylla versus serrata) at this distance and degree of detail.

Vettin, it would help if you added some location info in your name. If you click on your Houzz in the upper right of this page and choose edit profile and settings you can add it as part of your ”First Name publicly displayed”. So I have added NH 4b-5a to my name and gardengal is in the PNW z8/9. This is important for sources and for us to know what will do well for you. Where GG48 is, the best place to get hydrangeas is at local nurseries, and this is also likely the case in southern New England and the mid-Atlantic states, especially in coastal areas. You get a bigger bang for your buck locally because you aren’t paying shipping and the plants are likely to be larger.

In my rural area in a colder zone, sometimes I can find ones with apprpriate hardiness at local nurseries or even big box stores, but with most big box stores they may sell material that isn’t hardy in your area, so you need to know your zone and which species and cultivars are likely to be happy where you are. If I am looking for a specific cultivar, I may not find it locally, and then I mail order. But mail order plants will take several years to size up.If I lived in a metro area, I would likely buy most of my plants locally. Currently, I buy what I like that I can find locally, typically about 2/3 of my plants, but the rest are mail order because my choices and nurseries are limited within an hour drive.

If you like that particular cultivar, is it yours or do you know the owner? if so, they are not difficult to start from cuttings, but like mail order plants, they take time to size up.
