My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Definitely not a fan of this room. The furniture layout could have been better done with the couch facing the fireplace and a chair on each side of the fireplace. Yes, a typical lay out for a room with a fireplace. Very un adorned one would ask if you were moving in or moving out.

    Maybe a little harsh, decor42!! True, the layout could be as you suggest but the concrete wall and fireplace is quite minimalist and smart.

    I love this fireplace flanked with wood on the wall. As a matter of fact, this exact photo was the inspiration for the fireplace we are doing in our new home.

    Have to disagree decor42. I think if you were a fan of minimalist design, as I am, you would LOVE this room!!! Kudos to the designer!
