Apt2B furniture

I am looking to purchase a sectional and ran across Apt 2b: https://www.apt2b.com/products/tuxedo-2pc-sectional-sofa-pecan-raf?variant=31543401480281

There are a few sectionals that I like, and I do like the idea that all the furniture is made in the U.S. and that is a relatively young upstart company. Although reviews seem to be largely positive there are also negative ones, especially as it related to their delivery service. That aside, just wondering if any of you have had any experiences with this company that you'd be willing to share. Are there other companies that are mid-range cost that you'd recommend? I'd prefer to use Crate and Barrel, but their sectionals are a tad more money.

Hi! We have 3 Apt2B pieces - a sectional and 2 sofas. 2 pieces are 6 years old and 1 is 2 years old (we came back for more!). All are in fantastic condition despite 2 young kids and multiple moves. They have really wonderful customer service, too. The chaise cushion on our sectional had a loose button and a seam unraveling and they fixed it. We also lost a piece to the leg on one of our sofas during a recent move and they sent a replacement at no cost. Love they are made in usa and excellent quality and customer service!

Another made in the USA brand to compare prices with is Norwalk Furniture. Quality with a quicker delivery times (pre-pandemic) then many major companies.

We have a 2 pc sectional from Apt2B, bought 3 years ago, and we still love it. It's just me and my husband at home now, so I can't speak for mutli-person use durability. But it is comfy! Customer service was excellent, and delivery was on time.

I would check the dates of the reviews about delivery problems. If they're from the past year, it's understandable why there might have been issues.
