I Lava You is not registered as a rebloomer, but I have one rebloom scape.

Nordic Soul always reblooms for me. It has two rebloom scapes going right now.

LIghtning Round was a new one this Spring, and it has a very well-budded rebloom scape. It also looks much whiter on rebloom than on its original scapes when temps were low.

Such A Blaze is a new one blooming for the first time here on rebloom scapes.

Sailing Into the Blue has not rebloomed since the first year I got it.

Several seedlings are starting to rebloom.

Dearest Valentine x Innocent Discovery has one rebloom scape.

Everything You Desire X Dearest Valentine #1 has two rebloom scapes.

Aztec Headdress x Banded Broadbill #1 has a rebloom scape. The first rebloom flower was 8 inches big! (Blooms on original scapes were 6.75-7 inches)

Dancing Flamingo x Bubblegum Delicious had several instant rebloom scapes, and now it has a later rebloom scape at each end of the clump.

Oh Debra, how lucky you are to have rebloom. That multibloom pic of Untamed Heart is so pretty. I like the lighter sepals in contrast to the darker petals. The seedlings are just perfect to these eyes. The two crosses with Dearest Valentine almost look the same but one has just a bit of lighter sepals. What a banner season you've had even if some started out later than typical. Maybe a good thing they did.

Julia - I sure hope you get rebloom on some of yours that were eaten by the deer. The two Dearest Val seedlings look quite different in person. While the rosy red colors are similiar, they are not exactly the same. The first one has a gold edge and a larger bloom, and the second has a white and pink edge.

Wow, Debra, how great is all that rebloom you will be seeing! i am also happy to hear those great seedlings are putting up more scapes now. Nordic Soul is my favorite registered today. Baja California is on the list too, love that big, fat edge.

Thank you, Sherry! I was glad to see Nordic Soul and Baja California with such nice rebloom flowers. Most of the original flowers on those two were either very splotchy or could not open right due to various weather issues this year.

Debra, I can relate to the reloom season! I have had so many reblooms as well. And many of those are on plants that have never rebloomed. Love all of yours. And how good that Untamed Heart can be a rebloomer. Sailing Into the Blue is always pretty. Lightning Round is lovely-love those round white rufflys!

Kate - With all your rain, I expected you to have lots of rebloom. But, as you may remember, we've had very little rain here since March. The only areas I water regularly are the seedling beds. I've become quite enamored with LIghtning Round. It's such a pretty white! I like them round and ruffly too. I only wish it's pollen were stronger. It's failed to produce pod on seedlings and near whites that easily set pods.

I have been getting a lot of rebloom here too, and on a couple of plants not listed as rebloomers. Palace Garden Beauty has 2 rebloom scapes on it, but it has rebloomed at least once before. I am leaning with Sherry, Nordic Soul always gets my attention, and I especially love the look of Baja Cal today. I like Lighning Round too. The 1st Dearest Val slightly has the edge for me, but I love Untamed

Wow, that is a lot of rebloom! And so many beautiful ones. My favorites of these are Nordic Soul [what a throat!], Sailing into the Blue--great color; Green Mystique [the way I like my yellows, very green] Untamed Heart, and the seedling Dancing Flamingo x Bubblegum Delicious. Jane Trimmer is quite interesting too.

Brad and Nancy - The blooms of Nordic Soul are pretty, but the scapes have always been short for me - even when they get the grub treatment. It does set seed well in hot temps though, so I keep it.

I've commented on it before and I will again, how pretty Green Mystique looks. The rebloom is an added bonus........Great shot of your Untamed Heart. If someone wasn't looking for a rebloom it will be a nice surprise.......Lightening Round is a ruffly new one for you. Nice if it brightened up on rebloom. I'm beginning to appreciate "whites" a tad more if I just don't think of them as white white.......My favorite one this round is your picture of Spanish Glow. Nice warm peachy color in amongst all the usual colors...................Maryl

What are the parents of Untamed Heart again? It caught my eye. The Dearest Valentine seedlings also look interesting.

Mantis - The parents of Untamed Heart are Precious Candy and Twilight Illusion, a lavender Salter. UH is semi-evergreen with 29-inch scapes and 5.5-inch blooms. It's an early morning opener and a good multiplier. Although you don't hybridize, it sets seed in the hottest temps.

Lots of (reblooming) beauties! Ah Baja California is so pretty! Love Green Mystique and Lightning Round, and the pic of Untamed Heart multiples. The last seedling Dancing Flamingo x Bubblegum Delicious is my favorite here.

I very rarely have rebloom but double scaping is usual here, not this year though, only 2 plants with 1 dbl scape..

Hi Nat! How is your season going? The seedling you liked is being lined out later this year. If it does well with line-outs, it will be registered next year, and introduced in 2023.

I don't know if I made this comment elsewhere. Wild Red Heart does well here. I wonder why I don't see this plant for sale or posted. One often wonders why some cultivars get "lost" over the years.

Mantis - There was controvery over Wild Red Heart. The Salters originally sold it as Wild at Heart but somehow failed to registered it. Another hybridizer registered a plant with that name in the meantime. About four years later it was registered as Wild Red Heart. Sellers who bought it as Wild at Heart got rid of it because it was not registered as such. I bought mine from someone on the Lily Auction years ago. I actually have seen it posted on NGA, and I've seen seedlings from it posted there. Mine did well before it was devoured by grubs, and went down to one fan. It's taken a long time to bounce back.
