Two ideas:

Remove one, take a good close up photo, then do a google image search to locate some for sale.

Remove one, trace it on thin wood veneer, cut it out, paint it black. Swap the fake wood one with a real one from over the fridge or other unobtrusive location.

Try Vandykes.com. They have a wide selection of cabinet hardware.

Try etsy. You may not find the exact backplate/escutcheon but I bet you can find someone who can make you one.

Is the name of the manufacturer on the back of the plate?
