bleeding heart?

I traded for these seeds years ago and just decided to grow some. The seeds were only labeled 'bleeding hearts'. The leaves of these seedlings don't look like any of the photos of bleeding hearts I've found on the Internet. What do you think?

Love lies bleeding-bleeeding heart…you can see where the confusion originated. A phlebotic faux pas.

to be clear.. not bleeding heart...

my first impression was also celosia... the red stem... but im not arguing with those above ... they play this game better than i do ...

Aren't celosia and amaranth related? It looks like one or the other to me as well.

Thank you all for your opinions! I haven't been on this site for years but I remembered the 'Name This Plant' forum and knew you all could help me. I've never grown Amaranth or Celosia before. My oldest granddaughter will be a little disappointed. She wanted the Bleeding Hearts. My three grandkids and I grew several types of seeds this year since grandma couldn't go cruising with grandpa. I was rather pleased to find almost all of my 15 year old seeds germinated and grew just fine.
