Unless your bolts are going to penetrate more than 4" into the wall, you should have no issues. Those lines should be back in the exterior stud framing somewhere.

I would suggest downloading AWC DCA-6 Prescriptive Residential Wood Deck Construction Guide, as it is code, and follow their ledger board (and remaining deck) requirements for bolt staggering/spacing and wood size. I see a stagger, but no minimums from edge, no washers, and looks like a 2x6.

You could sink a couple posts and abandon the ledger board altogether.
