I would need to see the space . This appears to be an exterior wall you moved so you must have pics of the space .

This is the current floorplan.

The wall that will be removed is between the kitchen and the dinning room and is 71"long.

This is what we decided on. The black rectangle is the support beam that will run the width of the ceiling. Since the gap is more then 6' I believe we will need a pillar but will confirm once the engineer confirms. Hope this helps.

You just need a longer and deeper beam with new footings from wall to wall. Or to leave the wall there. Removing it isn’t helping you to have a better kitchen. The existing is more functional.
