Feedback needed on Red Oak Floor Stain

My house was damaged in the Feb 2021 Texas Freeze and we are finally putting the house back together. Previous owners had put in red oak with antique brown stain. It was beautiful but a little more red that I would choose. I loved the dark color but with three kids and a Labrador it showed scratches and dust/dog hair easily.
I have painted the walls alabaster and trim. The kitchen will be alabaster with a Hale Navy island. What type of stain color? I love the dark and white contrast but I also love the look of the lighter woods? Current options below but also open to other suggestions:

Jacobean
Jacobean/Weathered Oak
Rustic Beige
