We see the darker windows on more contemporary homes. Not sure that one fits that bill directly, but I am sure the designers will weigh in here.

Definitely the front door; potentially the dormers and probably trim around window above door. Wait until windows are installed to decide.

Black windows were the norm for along time on brick buildings actually long before white I do think on your home this should have been a bit more thought out. Did you get a visual of how this will look? IMO the arched windows are a very dated look and a bit more info as to what you are trying to achieve would be helpful. Maybe some pics you have used as inspiration would be helpful . Did you order the windows with the same grids posting what you oredered is a good idea.
