I clean my painted cabinets with dish detergent and a sponge. Gentle enough to not harm the paint, but gets the grease off. Rinse.

If the grease is really oxidized and stubborn, try Palmolive Eco automatic dishwasher liquid. I've had great success with this on painted, very dirty surfaces. Pour a little straight onto a wet, wrung out cloth and gently scrub, Rinse when all clean (wipe with clean wet cloth or sponge)

Last resort would be a degreasing cleaner like Zep.

Then get in the habit of wiping the dirtiest cabinets (highest use, spill/splash prone, next to the stove and so forth) down with soapy water and sponge at least weekly

I have “Plain & Fancy” kitchen cabinets painted Vista Gray, and they advise to clean then with a microfiber cloth or lint free cloth with dish soap and warm water; use a damp cloth. Then dry with a microfiber cloth or lint free cloth. Do NOT use products with lemon, bleach, ammonia, or silicone as these can soften your cabinet finish over time.
