I moved into a small studio that's beautiful with a view of golden gate bridge and many nice features. It has a large dining room and a big walk-in closet with a window which doubles as a home office.

However the living / bed room is small and the best wall for my bed has a useless door on it. (The door leads to my walk-in closet which also has an entrance in the hallway.)

How do you think I can cover the door? I've seen some past posts related to this issue and the only solution that I think would work for me is a large tapestry. The problem is, every tapestry I see seems cheap and like it belongs in a dorm room. Are there any other solutions? Or is there a way to make a tapestry look more refined?

Btw I think this is the best wall for my bed by process of elimination. On the right hand wall it would block the entrance too much. And if I put it on the left hand wall to the right of the window I won't have room for a coffee table or ottoman in front of the couch. I also want to put an overstuffed chair in that spot to create a living room-like seating area and if I put my bed there I won't have room.
