Well, I have a lot of varieties and there's some variation to their bloom. For the mandarins that are having an 'on' year, such as Armstrong, Owari, Clem-Yuz, those are developing fruit and there haven't been any more new blossoms.

However, for the Xie Shan, which is having an 'off' year, even though there are only three fruit on it, I just got more blooms and now more small developing fruit. If and how long they hold, or ripen, I have no idea.

Meyer lemon just did another big bloom. Key lime seems to bloom throughout the summer for me.

Some varieties seem to be more 'seasonal' than others.
