Alcosia - help please!

I picked up a poorly looking alcosia on discount at a home store - they had it outside in the cold in Scotland and i couldnt bear to see it lol!
its leaves dont look like they‘ve developed properly at all, and i have never seen anything like this with my pink dragon alcosia.
Can anyone help me save this lil soul?
