It is a variegated form of Peperomia (sometimes referred to as "baby" rubber tree; Ficus elastica typically is a rubber tree) and those tendrils are actually flower stalks.

you plant has all its leaves facing the bright window .... turn your plant once a month or two .. and it will grow better ...note the tendrils are also seeking the light ...

not really a problem. your plant looks great.. just a little trick to make it even better ...

you light want to also open the blinds a bit more.. as winter comes along.. due to lower light intensity from the declining sun ...

it also seems to be etoliating a bit ... stretching growth toward the light ...

to be clear.. your plant looks great.. dont screw it up with too much love ... if its blooming.. its very happy ... imo ...

and finally.. since its an heirloom.. propagate a piece.. so you have 2.. just in case some major problem comes along... call it a fail safe ...

Agree, a very happy Peperomia! Beautiful specimen! As a Pep, it's not a stiffly upright, woody entity like a rubber tree (Ficus elastica.) I believe you have P. obtusifolia, but there are many different kinds of similar Peperomias.

If you decide at some point that a stem has gotten too tall, you can snip it and stick the cut end several inches into the soil to take root and to continue to be part of the plant. I am not saying you should do this now, just that you could at some point if you wanted to.
