i think a cart to right of dishwasher on the wall space and use a smaller mwave. Ideally the dishwasher would be left of sink and stove/hood to right of sink. that way the sink and cooking surface use does not involve crossing the walkway that goes through the kitchen. but this is a longer term , bigger "juggling" of the things. The fridge isn't too bad on the smaller wall . Are there any longer term plans for wall removal or expansion of kitchen ???? thats why a cart for now might be advisable until you know.

As of now we do not plan on changing the layout. Hubby does want to look into the possibility of adding a small island on the right wall since we could really use the extra cabinet space but again am not sure if it would work with the space. This is another angle of the kitchen/dining room.

I don't think it will look too weird but (a) the electrical outlet may be too far to the left as it must be inside the cabinet from which the oven will be hung; (b) you'll want to attach a cover panel to the left-hand side of the microwave cabinet to hide the left-hand side of the oven; (c) it appears you won't be able to fully open the refrigerator door as it's against the wall so you won't be able to remove its shelves and drawers.
