Your cacti look nice! A wider view would certainly help for making suggestions. I think a few more of the smaller shrubs could help even out the look but can't really tell.

You are in cactus country so maybe your cacti don't look as nice as the neighbors? I might not know any better but I think they look great. :)

You need to connect the cacti by putting more lower growing stuff between them.
