Condensate tube...pan?

We have a Lennox G40UH(X) series unit. We had some water come up in the bathroom, which is right next to where the unit is installed. After some research, my daughter and I took my wet/dry vac, made an implement to fit the condensate tube at the back of the house, and proceeded to vaccuum the tube. At first the hose shook a little, then just evened out. We let it run about 2 minutes after that. Thought we had it whipped. Turned the air back on. Seemed okay for a bit, water was dripping out of the condensate tube, and after awhile, water showed up again, just not as much. Should I try again with the wet/dry vac? Is there a pan I'm not seeing? Is there a way to blow it out with air? Any help is appreciated. If it's cracked or broke, any ideas about a rough cost? Pardon the pictures, not a lotta room in there.

Thanks, and God Bless.
