I always want to know what the reason is for window coverings . I like soalr shades for controlling heat and UV rays they let you keep the view and give you daytime privacy . If pure privacy is the reason then either drapes or roman shades work well You can also look at top down bottom up shades and that is probably what I would do to the that large window If the window on the left looks into your yard you might n ot need anything there.

Put the rod for the right window panels at the same height as the top of the left window, then put a roller shade of the same fabric in the left window. I would choose white or pale gray to keep the space cohesive.

Maybe try roman shades on the window on the left. You could potentially do the same fabric for both window coverings. Also make sure you put the rod higher on the window to the right. That way it'll make the windows look as if they are both the same height.
