Cleaning Tips Design Dilemma

New flagstone install - Small stains I'm having a hard time cleaning

I just had a new large flagstone patio installed and in some areas there are what look like oil stains. See pics. I tried cleaning the stains off with StoneTech cleaner and a brush with no luck.

I suspect that the chemicals the contracter used to clean up the mortar caused this. Or perhaps when they used a blower it was leaking gas? Any ideas? What do you all think my options are:-

Thought I'd pass along some more info. It appears like it came like this from the supplier.

So there is no solution to cleaning these off then?

Not if god put them there. Maybe they are oil or some other damage from production (doesn’t look like it in photos) but generally installation is acceptance.

Wait til the wind/weather/sun/snow/rain hits them. You won't even notice.
