Can someone help diagnose this Calathea Dottie

I just bought this plant last Wednesday from my local Harris Teeter. Just yesterday, when I watered it for the first time, I noticed spots on two leaves. Here is one of the leaves. Both the leaves are near the top. The plant was watered with a wash bottle, so no water got on the leaves.

All the other leaves appear fine, but I can't tell for sure. The humidity in my home is about 50%.

Any ideas?
