My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You can usually find details like that in the link we provide in the project summary we share on Houzz.

    But this time (as we shared on our website - https://dansfloorstoreinc.com/repair-sand-finish-old-red-oak-flooring-riverside/ ), no stain.

    We applied Bona oil-modified DriFast Sealer to the sanded wood floors, followed with Bona Woodline oil-modified polyurethane satin finish for a tough protective coat and slight amber color to enhance the natural tone of the wood.
