I would not add any more mirrors. In fact,would you consider removing those large mirrors? You could then add interesting artwork, a larger bench,etc. which would allow you to have more of a ” farmhouse” look.

That bench is too small for that wall. Have you considered moving the console and table there. Then you'd purchase a larger bench for in front of the mirrors.
