Welcome to fig forum ! It is beautifully ripened. Sometimes might recognize it, any chance you can ask the previous owner ?

Taste like idk vegetation? 😂 But the figs I've seen are red inside so I was confused and not sure if they were growing well. And no way to talk to the previous owner we are renters and it's like a big company not single owner. Good to know I picked it at the right time and is ripe!

Your fig may not have been totally ripe. You can usually tell a ripe fig when the stem-end lets the fruit 'drop it's head' and hang down instead of out.
