Small basement window help

We are renovating our basement but have no idea how to dress the window. It is 48 inches on the inside. The wall is 18 feet wide and 84 inches from floor to ceiling. The moulding around the window is 3 1/2 inches . We are thinking we will put a print on the space to the right of the window. Thank you!!
