As the world gets hotter, and the climate impacts our lives and those that produce the goods and services in our lives, we must consider sustainable options in our lives. From design, to landscaping, to cleaning, to the manufacture of furniture or other materials, we owe it to ourselves, our children, and others, to consider healthier, fairer alternatives. I for one would welcome more voices, articles and products that include sustainability as a core ideal. There remains much to learn, but it can be an exciting time for those designers, engineers, and landscapers as they explore and try out alternative, greener paths.
