IMO wolf is oveerate and aover priced but when it comes to appliances get what you need for how you cook not because there are discounts and I never have had matching appliances since how I cook is the driver for appliance choices. Will you use a stem oven then get one make sure it is a single piece just like a MW never built together appliances IE attached . I have an all gas range with convection and double wall electric wall ovens also convection. I have used steam ovens in commercial kitchens and they were always breaking down .

Miele steam

They are both very good brands, but I hear people rave about the Miele steam oven.

i don't have a steam oven but we do have the Miele Speed oven and Wolf full size oven underneath, Love Both!!

Thanks all for the help. The more i think about it, the more we would use the steam oven so thats a definite. Then it depends on whether i match it with the same brand convection underneath
