I just paid $5.75 a sq foot for grande and have quotes to install around $1.75 a sq foot. That is the floor being all ready to be installed, baseboards off, all old flooring removed. I’m in Michigan. I did buy the flooring online. The stores around me were asking about $9.00 a square foot for just the flooring.

@Heather P, I am about to buy some of this too. That’s a great price, would you mind sharing where you ordered from? Thanks!

I ordered from efloors.com at the end of October. Was very happy with them. Had 2 damaged boxes and they replaced them immediately. I think the price differs based on your sq footage and where you are located.

Can you send a picture of your Grande Goldin Oak? I am trying to decide on flooring and this is my top pick! Thank you!
