I bought an old house and need to replace the floors in half bath due to water damage. I also plan to replace the vanity, light fixture, mirror, add new wallpaper (tried painting over it and it didn’t work), and add a chair rail/molding/paneling (idk the correct terminology). The half bath is off of the foyer with black and white tile. I really want a dark and moody powder room. The most pressing decision is the flooring. A vanity with some storage would be great as well.
