We just had our new home built and all the windows have a large trim above them.
Question is….besides blinds, are shades a no no for a farmhouse style home? Don’t want to spend a fortune for shutters. Where would the valance go on a window with a trim above it?
I was thinking of shades like the ones in the image.
Any help is appreciated!
