HELP!! Where do I put the light??

So we have a little dining Nook. It is completely symmetrical with the light hanging down in the middle of the window over our rectangle table. We are taking down half of the wall on the right, to have a peninsula. We will be getting a round table, that we will position more to the left. These changes now makes the space not symmetrical!!!!! There will not the lights over the peninsula, because if we would open the last cabinet it would hit the lights, so we are having recessed lighting there. There will also be a light over the sink, I have not decided if that's going to be a wall light or a pendant. So my question is, do I put a light still in the middle where the current one is? Or do I move the light to the left, over the dining room table? Will it be better to have a semi or flush mount centered in the middle of the space, centered between the window? Or a chandelier hanging down (moved over to the left) over the table? When I am sitting on the couch in the living room, I will be able to see this area. I doubt that this matters at all but, all of the cabinets will be Benjamin Moore cake batter. Really would love to have your input on this. Thank you so much.
