I think you missed a number of things in your post. In order to get the best help you will need share significantly more info so that people can support.

Google "floor plans" and you'll get lots of websites to give you some ideas.

And with no "Appreciate any help" or even a "TIA". The "order" here is really no different than one gives at a fast food drive thru.

After a thorough analysis of your needs and desires plus the constraints of zoning, site, climate and budget, you just might end up with a 40 x 60 house but to state that now is to start at the end of that schematic design process and work backwards which generally results in a poor design.
