I've been using a 50:50 mix of water and rubbing alcohol with a bit of essential oil to clean the granite, and it does ok but I feel like it takes a lot of sprays and wiping to cut through any grease or crud/drips that have solidified. I use Simple Green 1:30 dilution (sometimes stronger, depending what I'm cleaning) on other things around the house and wonder if I can use that on the granite, too. I know I can use dish soapy solution, but that needs rinsing or leaves a dull film.
