Stop touching it. Stop looking at it. Its fine. Leave it alone.

Stand back 3 feet and take the photos. Definitely should not have grout at change of plane/countertop, silicone caulk only. And no you can't "add grout" to the other areas. Did you hire a Pro? Glass tile requires skill, appropriate tools and experience. Did you pay for those? Don't mean to sound harsh but these examples do require some perspective.

Here's a pic from further out. We had a contractor already working in our home and when he found out we wanted to do a backsplash he said he would do it and include it in the same price already quoted. I wish I knew that they didn't know how to work with glass as I would have hired someone that specializes in it. Eventually I will have it redone.

It looks pretty good in your most recent photo...except for the sloppy caulking at the bottom and side.

The only thing that doesn't look great is the caulking. The rest looks good.

This really looks pretty good. The spacing seems to be even. There are a couple of spots that the grout just needs to be cleaned off. I don't think it needs to be filled in more. Glass tile is difficult to cut. Do all the cut pieces have some sort of tear of the backer piece? Or is it a few?

I think once you put all your stuff out on the counter, you may not notice the little things.

Considering the tile you chose, he was very gracious by including the install of that into his project - I wonder if he regrets that decision.

Maybe instead of removing it, just get someone to fix the caulk or if you hate it so much, take the grout out and regrout it.

Thank you - yes, pretty much all of the cut tiles had some of the color come off of the back. I think that's what everyone may be seeing in regards to the sloppiness. I didn't know if there was any kind of thing to put over it, like how there is on the side of the backsplash. It is less noticeable when I have the appliances there.
