Looks great. We have 4 x 16. By using the larger tile, you eliminate a lot of grout lines, which adds a textural quality to the backsplash. That may be fine in some settings, but can be distracting in others. I think that yours is just right.

I wanted big subway too, hubby wanted traditional. I lost that argument. Now he is the one who has to seal all the extra grout lines.

It looks like a soft gray grout - I'd look at Mapei Warm Gray to start.
