If you go dark make it all dark not a tiny bit light. I actually prefer light

I vote light, although I like the stone facing on the dark a bit better than that on the light...

Whichever you do, I’d simplify from the colors/materials to at most 2. Wouldn’t do 2 colors plus stone.

Dark, and it's hard to tell from the pic, is that navy blue? Everyone and their dog is doing blue. Try it in a lovely deep green-black.

Light. Add color with plants and flowers. By the way, pretty house. Be the one house that stands out amongst the grays, blues and blacks.

Dark, but get rid of the yellow completely.

I prefer the dark. The other house looks grey! Grey is being overdone its too neutral. It doesnt stand out! i love the datker house!

I am the outlier here. I prefer the lighter combination because I think that the colors blend very well together and the home appears larger and more elegant. Your home is beautiful. Good luck with this choice. In the end,it will be a win-win. (A thought…have the clapboards primed in the lighter tone and if you don’t like it, go darker!)

I vote for the gray-and-white. Bring in color with your flowering shrubs and trees.

All dark. Easier to maintain too.

Lighter and more uniform will be timeless and it lets the architectural details do the talking. A pairing of the right light tones would look great. This is an interior, but you get the idea. Navajo White walls and White Dove trim. Very striking with great emphasis on the architectural details.

OMG, the light with no question! It has much more "life" and looks great with the roof and stone.

Light is nice too but get rid the random clapboard and stone and do all shinges on the facade

Where do you live? I lived in Southern California and would never have done dark in the heat. Live in Pennsylvania now and may consider the dark. My issue with the dark is that so many dark colors fade even in colder climates. I go for things that are a permanent as possible and won't require more maintenance than necessary.

Dark but get rid of the yellow center section. Good luck!
