Christmas gift for PM

We are building a new home and are wondering if it is customary to give the project manager a Christmas. Anyone have opinions or insight into this?

I think it is a lovely gesture- cash, gift card (who doesn't go to target), coffee card if you have seen them drink coffee. I avoid alcohol unless I know someone partakes...

We just got a new PM, so we don't know what he would like. However, our head framer has a dog on the project, so I found it easier to buy gifts for the dog, and the framer seems to really appreciate that. :)

We really like our PM a lot! He is young with a little family so we got him a $200 gift card to Costco. I don't think it ever hurts to have your PM looking after you!

Homemade cookies and a nice card.

Bonus if the cookies aren't typically available in stores (like Swedish rosettes or red velvet crinkles), or sugar cookies decorated by young children. <3
