Biggest issue is aisle width between range and island . and between sink and island . dare i ask where is fridge?

sink and island aisle dimension is inadequate, If this configuration with seated area butted to island at top remains....I would line the left side of top of T with counter edge left of range. the right side of top of T [on sink side] needs to be pulled back. I'd leave 9 or 10 inches of overhang right there behind sink. the asymmetry would be better anyway ......but you absolutely need the aisle inches at sink. Once you do this...push the range a bit closer to corner because w better aisle it will be the obvious work zone so movment between sink / counter/corner and around to range will be helped. Then w stove over a bit how about some glass doored cabinets/display on that left side of perimeter run of cabinets. maybe a section w down to counter cabinet . With 7 seated people something up at the top of space against the wall with visual interest will be a plus. [but where is the fridge?] What purpose does the BENCH serve?

Bad design. The island is truly horrible. It needs to stay a table. And you need to keep a 30” range.

I do not undertand the need for a 'T" island at all you never design seating where there is work suface behind it unless you have a lot more spce between theisland and thework surface, that you do not have, if that is a work bench and if it is a seating bench why is it there ? Where is the fridge Show us the whole space with all appliances , the walkway in front of the range and also the fridge needs to be 48" I also agree we need to see how this space realtes to the rest of the house.

The bench is there because we have a low seating window and we dont want to close it.

If i leave more space by the sink then my walkway by the fridge will be less than 48"

The circles are fridge? Re think the island, get a prep sink at fridge end. None of us are really understanding your plan, perhaps due to withholding entire foot print of the house, AND the details within this kitchen. Dimensions are faint.....hard to read as well, other than those you noted in bold. In any case you now have about 14 steps to water.....from your cooling, if the circles represent the cooling.
