Cleaning Blue Star Charbroiler

Can anyone share their experience in general + cleaning their Blue Star charbroiler? My husband really wants to get one, although I am not sold.... I am convinced the charbroiler will be hard to clean, grease will drip in places you can't reach and if we grill something like fish - our whole kitchen will stink like fish even after cleaning. Thank you so much!

I have the grill in my 36” BS. Grease drips into the drip tray, just like stuff drips into the trays below the open burners. You pull out the tray and clean it. Not difficult. i line my trays with foil. Grates are removable for cleaning. The beauty of the BS is that you can pretty much take the whole thing apart, so I don't see what your issue is. And you obviously need a very good hood. I have a Modernaire 42” hood with 1200 cfm. no smells.
