Recommendations are needed for a light over my kitchen sink. Currently there is a dim 12" fluorescent UCL. There is no electric box, just a pigtail. The perimeter HVAC ductwork is running over the cabinets and sink area (as a soffit) . There is about 8" of wall above the window frame and the ceiling sheetrock surrounding the ductwork. I need down-lighing, not light shining out into the room. Suggestions, please???
