Giant no to the grossly insufficient aisles and other poor elements in that layout. Hire a kitchen designer

Yes, the island is supposed to be 40” and the aisle 44”. The wall of cabinets behind the seating will be full height storage cabinets and not a work zone.

I prefer my 2 dishwashers flanking the same sink. I’ve also laid painters tape down on the floor to mimic the cabinets and island - it helped me visualize and feel the space

Oh. And I think it would be cool if the wall of cabinets separating the dining and entry was more open. Like a buffet/ half wall.

Remember that if the aisle widths are based upon cab to cab dimensions the actual width will be 1-1.5 inches more narrow due to counter overhangs (and handles, etc). The aisle behind the seating won’t allow for anyone to walk behind or access cabs if seats are in use. Also will have folks bumping into one another when at sink and stove if they are directly across from one another if aisle is narrow. A session with a designer is worth the money. I fear you may have room for only a 36” island.

The fridge doors will not open against the counter. And that corner by the fridge will be completely unusable. Suggest making that wall of full height cabinets only 12 or 15” deep to increase available space for aisles.

Your space is challenging. Hire a kitchen designer. (And not the people employed at the cabinet place.)

Aside from understanding why you have separate sink, DW, space I question how you will use the sink in the space separate from main part of kitchen. There is only landing space to the right of the sink. I do understand the desire for a second dishwasher when there are a large number of people either everyday or special occasions. If you don’t use the second DW frequently, you will need to make sure it is thoroughly dry between uses so it doesn’t get moldy or mildew smelling.
I agree with others that you need a professional designer.

I do not understand the seperate space at the bottom of the drawing , a walk space behind stools needs to be 60" to allow someone to actually walk behind the stools. I never put a sink directly across from a range since those two spots are the busy areas in a kitchen. Ilke the idea of 2 DWS but I have a Bosch with a quick wash cycle and find it is great when we have a dinner party for a crowd we load between courses and unload as one of us does the plating . So if you have the space do the DWS on either side of a sink not in 2 different spaces Are you thinking that extra space will function like some kind of butlers pantry? If so it is in the wrong place . It needs to connect the DR with the kitchen that is the whole point of the butlers pantry . Get an independant KD and get a proper functioning kitchen . My other question is about the two wings of cabinets making that odd back space even less a part of the kitchen Some pic would also be helpful

Free pro advice #1. You can forget the island, unless youre willing to lose the cabinets on the other side. I have a list of kitchen designers who work remote, if you actually want a usable outcome. If it’s for show and you never cook, you can still do far better than that.
