I assume you want a stainless steel sink since you are talking about condensation and noise reduction. First you need to decide if you want a single bowl, a 60/40 set up or regular double bowls. Many people here have complained that they don't like the sinks with zero radius corners because they are more difficult to clean. So, some more things to think about...

Yes stainless steel sinks. I finally purchased the rectangular shape  the other shape had corners that would be a pain to clean.

The one I recommended is nicer than that one, but it looks like you already made your decision.

I'm pretty sure that those things don't matter much. It it's too noisy you can stick pads to the underside. Condensation? I hadn't heard that one before.

Any 30" sink will undermount into a 30" sink base cabinet.

I ordered this sink today . It should be here by Tuesday. I think this shape is more modern. And the square shape gives more space. It has rounded corners.
