Kitchen layout / function design

Sorry I am an old school person. Hopefully it is not very hard to read my drawing.

This is my kitchen layout I came up so far. I labeled it with all the sizes and function for each cabinet. Is there any bad design idea?

I did not include the upper cabinets in the drawing because I may only do two upper cabinets on each side of the window which is located above the sink.

There is one cabinet I can't decide which is the 18" cabinet on the left side of the cooktop. I am going to use it for all the seasonings, oil, and vinegar etc. I am thinking either a three drawer cabinet or a pull out cabinet. Both of them have drawbacks. Three drawer cabinet has fixed height on each drawer. Some tall bottles of oil ect, will not fit into it. If using drawer for seasonings, the labels on the side will not be seeable. On the other hand, if I do a 18" pull out cabinet, it is going to be hard to reach anything in the middle of the bottom shelves. The stuff in the outer layer will need to be removed in order to get anything in the middle.

Another option for oil and vinegar ect will be in the upper cabinet on the left side of the window. But it is not very convenient to reach since it is in the corner, and it is not next to the cooktop.

Thank you for any input!
