Im going to be repotting my maple tree, this is what I have so far.

I’m planning for a mixture of Dr Earth Acid Lovers premium soil. They do have it at a local nursery for a better price btw.

And bark nuggets, I know these are a bit large but I will sort out or break down some smaller pieces. Will this bark do or do I need a more specific species?

Is there anything else that I will need? And how many parts of each should I do? Also do I need to remove any and most soil from the roots to freshen it up or just fill in the larger pot?
