On the dining side, I'd put some fun wallpaper on the walls, and add a coordinating rug under the table. No pictures on the walls. On the side with all of the pictures, I'd replace with a textured wall panel - maybe something like this.

On the entry table side, take down the picture and add a tall lamp on one table end and a plant in a pretty pot (a plant that will add a bit of color but also "hang" to soften the look) on the other corner.

I agree with @L A. Especially that gallery wall. Much too busy. Maybe keep the art over the console table if you want, but that's it.

You didn't ask, but if this were my house I might consider getting a banquette in that corner in your kitchen instead of the table & chairs. Looks like the perfect spot for one.

It’s a farmhouse style actually. I’m leaning towards texture especially in living room area. Pictures don’t work on these walls.

Consider treating them as room dividers and less like "walls", Less is more. IM not sure you need attention brought to them at all.

Here is another option. I have a wine cabinet that we love. Moved it to wall separating dining room from kitchen. Would like to make it a wine bar. One side is wine rack & other holds glasses. Thoughts

I would consider changing the nook light to something that is more full at the top this might help fill the sightline from the other side as well. What about a bench?

Kitchen nook is different now. Will do more pictures tomorrow. With furniture purchase issues, I’m on my second table & chairs. Looks like they may be going back as well.

Tomorrow I will post more photos to get feel of house. We moved in two months ago & it’s a different house then we usually have had. Trying to fit some things in that are difficult. Then again, buying new things almost impossible.
