How big is this room ?? The toilet will need to have a minimum of 15" from the center to either side ( 18" in some situations ) . Also, you would ideally want 54" from the wall behind the toilet to whatever is opposite ( wall or in your case vanity ) .

Thanks. My placement for option 2 was pretty rough - we can move it about 5" to the east from where it was as Option 1 (existing). In Option 3 where we turn it around to face east to west it works . . . just.

I would lean towards one of the options with it on the exterior wall only because you may want to have some sort of small bench or decorative table/ cabinet outside of the shower. That would look odd with the toilet facing the shower.

I like option 3 if it would allow for a wall (or half wall) for privacy. I am a big fan of WCs.....

option 3 looks like you have more room in front of the vanity. I like that
