My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My gardenia has been infected by something. I tried spraying it with a mixture of neem oil and insceticde but to no avail. Ironcially it still chruning out flwers, but the leaves are turing yellowish.
all my houseplants are taken outside in early fall.. and treated with a systemic granular media based product.. and left to do that job outside ... and a few weeks later.. they are all brought back in the house.. and remain bug free for the rest of winter ...
if you decide to use such ... make sure the label notes it can be used on mites ... as some insecticides may not work on mites .. some do.. some dont ... they arent insects ...
an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure..
isolate this plant from all other plants ... asap
and btw... those leaves wont look pretty again ... so you will have to watch new growth.. to tell if you have an ongoing issue .. when it stays clean.. the plant is clean ....
ken
