Are we talking curtains or drapes? If curtains (usually a thin, light fabric) I would probably do TWO 50” panels per 35” window. If drapes (usually a heavier fabric), one might be enough.

I just bought and hung 100” wide drapes (single panels) on my 44” wide bedroom windows. The rods are mounted 1” outside the window frames and the drapes look nicely full.

You can always cover some of the wall with your curtains/drapes if you think the panels are too wide. You don’t have to mount the curtain rod right at edge of the window frames.

Assume, based on the centered chandelier that this is a dining room? (So no need to close the draperies as in a bedroom…) It looks like you have enough wall space to hang a rod so that the drapes can only slightly overlap the window edge on each side, so that the windows look wider. 50” wide drapes will “compress” to as little as maybe 17” depending on the pleating header type and look plenty full. I would keep the fabric simple - no strong pattern or color contrast, so the drapes are a soft background and not an alarming distraction with so many windows.

Meant to add - they will not look too bunched at all, as long as the rod is set wide enough - something that is expandable to a total of 35” + maybe 20”max on either side - so 75”. Depending on the pleated header type. You will want to experiment with the exact width before putting up the rods. Also I would keep the “finials” (or whatever they are called) on the ends of the rods very simple - no big balls or anything.

PS #2 - if you need privacy - I looked at your photo again, and see the street out there with other houses - I might choose a double rod with sheers underneath vs. drapes to be pulled across.

Thank you for the advice everyone. In regards to a double rod will sheers underneath these curtains look odd? I have a hard time envisioning these things. More privacy is always nice.

I agree, with the trim, sheers might not look good.
